VIM Graphical Cheat Sheet and Tutorial

Today I was looking for good printable cheat sheet for VIM so I could try to start learning it (again). This one by NGEDIT Software looks great, with an overview followed by 7 pages divided up into specific topics and functions. The pages are provided in SVG and GIF formats, but I wanted to print them all at once and avoid printing all those unnecessary banner pages on the office printer. So I converted the whole thing to PDF and combined it into one file.
